Blade Motorcycles Abingdon, representing Honda, Ducati and Kawasaki has just relocated to new, larger state of the art premises. As such,we have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts person or existing Parts Manager.

Working closely with the Aftersales Manager and Dealer Principal you will be responsible for ensuring the day to day smooth running of all aspects of a busy parts department, with a clear focus on achieving departmental budgets and future business development while delivering the best possible customer service at all times.

You will require the ability to accurately manage dealership stock to a pre-agreed level while efficiently processing customer orders for next day delivery from our manufacturers and suppliers. We are looking for someone with previous parts sales and stock management experience with a genuine ‘customer first’ focus. Who is highly organised with an efficient approach to the working day and that works well within a small dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record within a Parts environment from either the motorcycle, automotive or similar industries and have a good basic technical understanding of motorcycles.

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who will assist in delivering the levels of service and customer care that our customers have come to expect.

This is a dynamic role that can be fast paced but rewarding, working directly with the Aftersales Manager and a team of 6 Technicians, Duties will include;
- Effective processing of workshop loading and monitoring on a daily basis.
- Prior day organisation of all job cards and parts required to ensure efficient work flow
- Ensuring warranty work is handled efficiently, on time and to the satisfaction of our customers and manufacturers.
- Operation of our ‘360’ customer service and MOT reminder system including customer follow up calls.
- Continued customer contact through Vehicle Health Checks to ensure every opportunity for ‘up selling’ of service work.
- Efficient administration of all departmental paperwork, computer diary systems and manufacturer interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record within a Service environment from either the motorcycle, automotive or similar industries and have a good basic technical understanding of motorcycles.

In return, we offer full training and future personal development with our manufacturers, competitive salary of between £18,000 > £22,000 subject to experience, with additional bonus given a potential OTE £24,000.
