Ducati Corse SBK 3 Helmet by ARAI

The Ducati Corse SBK 3 helmet, based on the Arai Chaser-X, has a completely renewed ventilation system and an increased viewing angle thanks to the introduction of the VAS visor. The super fiber shell is sturdy and lightweight, the internal cheek pads fit perfectly to the face, and the removable and washable interior offers great comfort. The design, developed by Drudi Performance exclusively for Ducati, immediately recalls the atmosphere of the racetrack.

Outer:

  • SFL (Super Fibre Laminate). This is the basic Arai outer shell and is therfore sometimes referred to as 'Standard Fibre' although it is actually super fibre. Super fibre provides more comfort than other shell materials, yet is still strong and lightweight.

  • Ergonomic shape. The natural shape of the outer shell lends the Arai helmets a more homogeneous look, ensures greater sealing and better fit on the head, for improved comfort and wearability and minimised turbulence.

Inner:

  • Emergency release cheek pads. Rescue and medical workers can easily remove the newly designed removeable neck roll and cheek pads by just pulling the pad release tabs. This offers extra room within the helmet, making removal of the helmet much easier and minimizing the risk of additional injury.

  • Removeable interior with Eco-pure Fabric with very limited frame area.

  • Facial Contour System (FCS). A foam spring support in the cheek pad that compresses and rebounds makes putting the helmet on easier. The cheek pad wraps under the jaw and cheekbone instead of mostly on the soft cheek area. FCS offers a looser fit with secure support over a large area providing superior stability and comfort with minimal pressure.

  • Central liner is thinner.

Visor:

  • VAS visor (patented) with V-shield base plate.

Other Features:

  • FFS (Free Flow System). Creates airflow under the helmet that reduces wind noise and turbulence while increaseing the exhaust of hot air.

  • Front ducts, Side ducts, Rear ducts, brow vents and chin vent.

  • Spaces for speakers
