My experience on this occasion (and every occasion in fact) was fantastic. Honestly speaking, it couldn’t have been better. Blade Triumph collected my bike first thing in the morning by van (it wasn’t starting) and a few days later the bike was repaired.
Collecting the bike is made even more enjoyable because it’s a chance to chat with staff (from my side, usually about the new Daytona), have a coffee and check out what’s in the showroom.
Nathan, Ed and John are always happy answer whatever questions I have, and I genuinely value the help they’ve offered since day one.
