Deciding to become a Harley-Davidson® Technician is not a decision taken lightly, it's a huge commitment that requires years of training and hard work to ensure the care of customers bikes is expertly delivered. The dedication involved comes from a love of the brand they work for, and the motorcycles they spend day-in day-out working on. To them it’s more than just a job, it’s a passion.
There are 4 levels of H-D® trained technician, with the ultimate accolade being that of Master Tech, the goal. Reaching this level of unparalleled experience is one that every technician dreams of, and achieving it is a confirmation of the knowledge and determination involved.
This is why we are delighted that both our Technicians at Cheltenham Harley-Davidson®, Rory Ewers and Marek Kryskiv, have just passed their most recent exams at the H-D® University to become Master Technicians!

This isn't the only achievement these two Master Technicians have acomplished, as earlier this year they came in a fantastic second place in the Harley-Davidson® Trailblazers competition, bringing to life their own unique concept which encapsulates the essence of the iconic Harley-Davidson® Pan America motorcycle. Their creation was proudly on display throughout the 120th Anniversary celebrations in Budapest in June.
"So, on behalf of Cheltenham Harley-Davidson®, I would just like to say massive congratulations to Marek & Rory on this achievement. Guys we are all so proud of what you have achieved!" - Scott Kinsella
