The Role

As a Parts Aftersales Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our workshop, retail customers, and showroom sales. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and efficient service on parts, accessories, clothing, and merchandise—ensuring that both riders and technicians have everything they need.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Parts & Aftersales Support: Managing stock levels, pre-picking parts for the workshop, and ensuring timely availability for service and repair jobs.
  • Retail Sales: Assisting customers in the showroom with Harley-Davidson clothing, merchandise, and accessories, ensuring they receive expert guidance and an outstanding experience.
  • Customer Service: Processing payments, handling invoices, and maintaining high service standards for both walk-in customers and workshop clients.
  • Organisation & Accuracy: Ensuring correct storage of parts, checking deliveries against stock records, and maintaining an efficient aftersales operation.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  •  Experience in automotive or motorcycle parts and aftersales (preferably in premium brands).
  •  A strong background in customer service and retail sales.
  •  Excellent organisation and teamwork skills.
  •  The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  •  A passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand!

Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
