We’ll refund your reservation fee in full. To cancel simply contact the retailer where the reserved vehicle is located, just have to hand your reservation number, name and the vehicle you have reserved to help us identify you and they’ll be able to issue a refund.

We will transfer you to PayPal to complete the transaction. Once you have clicked on submit payment the £99 will be debited from your account. You will then receive an email from us that acknowledges the receipt of the payment. This is not an acceptance of the order as we need to ensure that the motorcycle hasn’t sold at the retailer while you have completed the reservation process. The motorcycle will be reserved for 48 hours and a member of the sales team will be in touch to discuss the next steps, such as a test drive.

Yes, the reservation fee not only is used to secure the vehicle, but can go towards the deposit, just speak to a member of the sales team for more information.
