The Role

You will supervising the Parts department and manage the team to enable them to support the service advisor and technicians to ensure our customers can receive the best service and support. This will include maintaining stock levels, pre picking parts and accessories to ensure smooth flow of jobs. Working with the team to develop understanding and implementation of a customer focused environment. Liaise with manufacturers over parts discrepancy reports. Coach and appraise team to ensure they are operating at their full potential. Maintain sound and competitive pricing structures. 

About you

You will  ideally have previous experience of working in a parts department and a mechanical knowledge would be a great asset. Excellent communication skills and previous supervisory experience would be desirable. The role requires you to have good planning and organisational skills along with literacy and numeracy skills and an eye for detail.
